The hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Pet friendly hotel but no pet friendly smell . Breakfast is good . Beds are comfortable and very clean. I'll stay here again .
The water pressure in our room was awful. Took a few minutes standing under the barely more than a trickle water to actually rinse out my hair.
The staff is wonderful. Clean rooms, kind people, great location. Riz, Marie and Mandy at the front desk are kind and very efficient. There is a mini market in the lobby. The breakfast selection was great and fresh food. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are great benefits even though I haven't been able to use them yet. I have been here for temporary housing from the VA. Top notch service. Highly recommended!
We were visiting from out of town meeting friends. The front desk clerk, an Indian male, was very kind. He let us use the breakfast area to eat together numerous times and cleaned up after us. I appreciate it when the staff is patient with families with kids. This place is near many businesses and places to eat and not too far away from the parks. Jeremiah Joe's is nearby for great coffee!
Perfect location for our needs. Sooo clean I walked barefoot in our room, I haven't done that at any hotel. Comfortable bed and very kind hosts. Highly recommend and we'll see you soon!
Was a very restful night ...stayed here on our way back home from Wyoming ...the room was very spacious for my husband,myself, and our two big dogs ..the bed was very comfortable ....location was close and walking distance to everything...the breakfast was ok but could use a little more of a variety .. We would definitely stay here again . ..mainly because of the hotel staff ...they made you feel welcomed...not just bother...
Was sufficient for an overnight stop on abroad trip. Is in the process of being updated. Room was clean. Is right next to the interstate, so there was traffic noise. Not a fan of their coffee, either in room or at the breakfast. Breakfast had your basic waffle/egg/meat plus continental items. No fruit juice which was a little disappointing. All in all, a positive place and experience.
Great place! Clean and well-maintained. Owners are very kind and approachable. Older family members were outside cleaning the parking lot. Breakfast was actually good. Will definitely stay again, thank you! We brought 2 dogs and they loved it too! Quiet and comfortable.
